Fees

Talk to us – we can negotiate an onboarding deal to fit your needs.

Often we have agents who would like to onboard so that they can achieve mentoring whilst they study and only once qualified do they want to start trading.

Onboard as an active estate agent:

• Once-off onboarding fee: R5 000.
• Register with and purchase your three-year fidelity fund certificate, FFC, from the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority, PPRA: 2025 R2 198 plus administrative fee R640. Total to PPRA R2 838.00
• A monthly commission scheme would apply.

Onboard as an in-active estate agent – mentoring only:

• Annual mentoring and onboarding fee: R10 000

This allows you fortnightly virtual mentoring sessions, and unlimited WhatsApp and email queries throughout the year.  Once complete you would then join the benefits of the offerings and commission scheme.

Commission on procurement rentals

20% commission payable to PPs on each lease.
