The Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013, applies to everyone employed in the firm. After you complete the course, sign the Training Acknowledgement and send it to your Information Officer. They can then keep their records and your compliance up to date.

Every estate agency firm must have an POPIA Compliance Manual. We have supplied a template which you can use to adapt to your business. This must be made available in the registered office for all staff and stakeholders to view. Your Information Officer appointment must also be displayed in your registered office and any branches.
