The Property Practitioners Act No22 of 2019 has made it impossible and illegal for practitioners to trade unless they are compliant with all the regulated education requirements set out in the Act. Many practitioners, for a variety of reasons, find it difficult to comply or meet the requirements for ongoing compliance – thus putting their very livelihoods at risk.

Our Pedigree

Property Principal Services is an exciting new venture from real estate doyenne and disrupter Janet Alexander.

Alexander founded property development-based real estate agency Prop2000 in 1996, shaking up the market by dropping commissions on the sales of all types of large property developments and playing a hands-on role in all aspects of their development, sales, and ongoing management.

She followed this in 2014 with the launch of PropAcademy, an online estate agency learning platform that made it easy, convenient, and affordable for property practitioners to meet the statutory educational requirements for professional participation.

Now, with the property sector facing ever greater challenges stemming from the promulgation of the Property Practitioners Act No22 of 2019, Alexander recognised that in today’s tough economic conditions and the exceedingly competitive property market, property practitioners and firms are finding it increasingly difficult to comply with the Act’s requirements. Drawing on her extensive experience across all aspects of the property industry, Alexander has launched Property Principal Services to deliver an innovative solution to address this need.
